Next week I'll post my new training routine. I've been fucking off alot with training and diet and now it's time to get serious again. It will be geared toward powerlifting with some strongman stuff thrown in once/wk or once every two weeks. I'll also post up some grip training for those of you interested in a vice-like grip.
