hCG stimulates the intratesticular production of 17-hydroxyprogesterone, in which is a precursor to (brain) allopregnenolone. Allopreg is essentially a feel good hormone, if you will.



The conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone, which is the first step in steroid synthesis, is catalyzed by cytochrome P450 side chain cleavage enzyme. Then the biosynthesis of other hormones after preg.

So if you dumb this down for me. Especially the second part? I would be right on thinking that HCG should In fact greatly Improve mood and libido.? Not sure about the cleavage of p450 and what that means to me?

How high can I go and how often I. Terms of HCG supplementation while on test etc.?

Drop the arimidex and replace it with proviron or a little bit of toremifene. Arimidex destroyed my e2 at low doses and took me forever to recover... The side effects of long term arimidex are terrible and not a Whole lot of people talking about it on here. I took all my arimidex and flushed it. I ran test at 200/ week, 200 hcg eod and proviron 25 ed, if my nips hurt I. Threw in some toremifene.

Supposedly pregnenolone is produced in the testiscles and HCG should work. I plan on trying it again once I find real decent priced HCG. It was making me ridiculously horny in high dosages like 1000 a day. Smaller amounts didn't do much. Might have been quality thou. Some one PM me a good brand.

Hcg can also have different/better/worse effects due to timing of pinning it, crisler says to pin hcg 250 iu's on sat and sun IF u pin test 1 time aweek,

If u pin test 2 times per week then ud pin hcg the day before each test pin, or the day after,

Or:

U pin smaller amounts mon/wed/fri

And test either of ur 2 off days of hcg,

Either way hcg needs to also be stable, some feel better using hcg on 2 days per week, some three, try out both ways for a few months and see how U respond

I feel great w only 1 pin per week of 250 iu, just re started this! Hope to start feeling awesome again soon!

Trythis:

Split your test into 2 shots a week
-hcg the day before your test
-250iu's hcg to start, possibly experiment with 500ius

I found 500iu's is my sweet spot.

He mentioned his bloods are always perfect...meaning, no high estrogen.

250iu of HCG twice a week is not enough to spike estrogen

THE few tests I've taken have never had any e2 tests done...I suppose I cld ask for it the next time but generally speaking a doctor wld not think to get that tested on a male patient.

Nothing ignites my libido like HCG or HMG. Even on 2g of test my libido is just OK. Dopamine agonists make me more outgoing and eager for social interaction thus increasing my opportunities but they don't turn me into a pornstar the way HCG does.

I also get a little bloat in my face on HCG but that's nothing that aromasin won't take care of immediately. I like to take a dose of aromasin the day of and the day after I inject my HCG.

The sweet spot for me is 500iu of HCG 2x a week. Make sure you take plenty of NAC to avoid burnout. I don't remember who it was who posted a thread but I certainly notice the difference.

If you're on a lot of aromatizing anabolics it would be smart to always have letrozole on hand to give you a reset button on the E2. One 1.25mg dose will wipe the slate clean then just take a small dose of aromasin or adex to avoid an estrogen rebound.

If you are off of HCG long enough I find you start to feel edgy and burned out, I agree without it your sex drive can plummet. DHEA and humanofort are also excellent additions to hrt

The half life of hcg is 23 hours, so theoretically 250iu eod would be better.

I know this is newb question but figured I would ask for a more up to date opinion since we have experts on HCG in here. How long would a 10,000 iu bottle last before degrading at all on constituted. I know the amount has nothing to do with it, but before I buy 10,000 iu vials I don't want it going bad on me. My sex drive is shit and I'm always on test so I'm planning on experimenting with it again.

Been doing this for years, full size nuts.

Wanted to add that it is necessary to use bacteriostatic water to reduce degradation. All bacteriostatic water is is distilled water with 2% BA. I've stored HCG in my freezer for almost 6 months in BS water with no issues.

I love HCG. I'm a horn dog, but I'm supercharged on the hcg. It really gives my mood a HUGHE boost too. 250iu twice a week does me good. I've doubled the dose in te last two weeks just to see if there would be a big difference. For me there wasn't. The Adex at .5mg twice a week was hard on my lipid profile. It kept my E in check but I almost think it was too in check. At times I was hovering just at min or under normal range. Gut feeling. I accidentally took a third dose one week and it Crushed my E levels. I don't remember what number was off top of my head but I wasn't even close to the bottom range number.
It took me a month to recover from that oops. Switching to the stane I don't feel like the yoyoing is happening with my E levels.
With hcg knowing to spike E levels at whatever point it happens.
I'd suggest if someone was curious not taking the hcg for a week and then getting labs to see where the E levels are sitting with the adex use. My suspicions are the E levels will be a lot lower without the HCG in the mix. Most likely too low. I can remember looking forward to the hcg injections because now I'm back to always ready for the fun to begin.

This is a good thread as we all are genetically different and what works for some, may not work for another. I have been on TRT since 2004 and asked my endo many times for hcg, and he is a moron, as I do get it from a source and my body(libido) also does just ok with test alone, but when adding just 250iu's a week of HCG, libido is much better and so is the amount of fluid ejaculation. I also do do respond well to any AI's or AE's, except for small amounts of Nolva and proviron does also boost my libido. There are many Hg hcg brands and I haven't run across a bad brand personally.

As far as the nor-19's like tren and deca, they kill my libido or most any mans libido, but I love tren and caber is a must for me when I take tren.
