I vote for RonJon... There are few here as dedicate with their diet and training without plans of competition. Plus the guy is supportive as hell to all of us..he is one of the most deserving.

and if the poll does go up i expect everyone on this board to vote for him. there is absolutely no excuse for every active member not to vote for the guy.

he was a legend and always helped me when i started on here. its a daunting thing coming on this board when you are new and everyone is so in the know about each other and training etc, and he was always one you could speak to on a level that wouldnt judge you
