I agree with renewlyf as well he's been a great member and has always taken the time to talk to some of us when we needed an open ear to hear us and give us some advice.

So many impressive 45+ on here.... Red5150 looks amazing and I read everything he posts.....but i'm gonna say Concreter....the man is just massive and a good contributor as well..... Renew is a great choice as well.

Here I thought you were much younger, I was thinking you was in your early 30's... Nevertheless, you are certainly a great contributor to the board


I'd like to nominate muscle96ss. I believe he's over 45? He's been one of the founding members here, and has contributed a lot to the board. Great guy!

I nominate Concreter................he's 50 years old and 250 lbs................and that's diced up. There's only a few guys on the board that have his kind of size.

Thanks for the nomination, I do train hard but I'm lucky to be able to eat anything and everthing and still have the (look).
Red is by far more a bodybuilder who lives the life style you should to succeed in carrying a lot of ripped muscle and living and eating healthy.
I just lift hard, try to eat enough and have great genetics...

Red is by far more a bodybuilder who lives the life style you should to succeed in carrying a lot of ripped muscle and living and eating healthy.
I just lift hard, try to eat enough and have great genetics...

I like to call people 50, because I'm in my 40's and it makes me feel younger.
