Guys and Gals I was given one of these as a present and it is absolutely my favorite 'tool' in the kitchen.
Load handful of spinach, mango, pineapple, watermellon, orange, flax seeds, a few almonds, a tbl spoon of Olive oil and some frozen blueberries and BAM!
Eat a bowl of cottage cheese with salt and pepper and that is a dam good power snack!
