just wanted to post the link to my pics to get some comments on my progress. hopefully phil and Big A will chime in as i really need to know how the added size is looking. took these 8-27-05 , im 5'8" 280lbs. i have no idea what the bf is as i never check. i go by the mirrors.

thanks allot guys. im not concerned with losing the fat i have, i just want to have enough muscle so that when i show up at the USA's next year i look like i belong there and not some shmuck. does that make any sence??

I am just so proud of you, the improvement you've been making over the years is sensational.

With the fat you have on (no big deal at all for off season), I can't tell if you are lacking anything, but assuming that you are not lacking anything, and you come into insane condition, with your muscle shape and the new size that you have on now, it will be a fun day!
Especially as from now until the show, you will also solidify the new size and make it more refined, you will look great.

Big A thanks for saying that bro. you dont know how good it feels when you get an unbiased prospective confirming that you're heading in the right direction. sometimes i look in the mirror and wonder "who the hell am i kidding", thinking i have what it takes to do this on a national level and win. then you get some reassurance from the guys here that you're not wasteing your time.
