Well, these are some pictures from a couple of weeks ago. I weigh 250 lbs and curently preparing for the Canadian Nationals. I made a few changes this year not going for a full out bulk where just to look like a hot dog eating champ. But staying leaner this year with hopes of coming in much leaner and loosing far less muscle this time around. In the past my weight has went up to 273 lbs and very soft!
I can pretty much pick apart every single thing, but in some ways I would rather be like this then to go blindfolded in to a show thinking I'm the shit LOL..
Let me know what you think!!
PS--I tore my pec and then reinjured it a couple of months back! So I think my chest has really gotten flat like a pancake since I can't train heavy!
