I am 44 years old, 6 feet tall, currently 225 lbs and stay between 7% and 10% b/f. I did my very first NPC show in March of this year. I competed in the light heavyweight class as well as the over 40. I Took first in the over 40 and got destroyed in the light heavyweight class, justifiably. The other competitors in that class looked awesome. I looked like the tall skinny guy....

I want to compete again in 2011. I know I must go heavyweight due to my height. I am thinking that I should be about 235-240 training so that when I cut down for a show I can be around 215-220 with around 3% b/f on stage. I know I need more work on my legs, back and chest....(whole body I guess..LOL). Looking for any advice on training, proper gear/supplement set up for next show and critiques. Thanks ...
