Heres a back shot for about 6 months ago. Ive put on about 10lbs since then and dropped some fat around the waist. Just looking for input on what I could develop more. Im working on the rear delts and widening out some. I was kind of bloated in the pic, so dont mind the lag of cuts, lol. About 1.5 years into training.

I meant what I can do to develop my back more, nothing else.

Keep it simple, with compound movements, and heavy. Hands down, IMO, deadlifts are the best for packing on the mass on your entire back. Go up with as much weight you can handle 4-6 reps. When you pull 400, 500, 600 lbs off the floor, your back is going to grow... period. Follow with heavy t-bars or bent-over rows, then some pull-ups or pull downs. I like a narrow underhand grip on those. It really isolates my lats. Then walk away. If you have gone heavy and busted your ass, you are done. Then time to eat! You have built a great base already with a good v-taper and traps

Well deads, pull ups and rows are my staple. Im usually pulling high 400's for all my work sets, mid 300's for rows. I like the thought of narrow grip rows, I'll have to give them a try.

Try finishing with somone arm rows. Watch how dorian does them in the video just recently put up. Go heavy on these 6-8reps, really work the stretch out and pull with your shoulder blades not your arms.

My gym only goes up to 100lb DB's and I have to do sets of 15 reps :mad:

:eek: What kind of candyass gym only has 100's???? LOL. Well tell them to get some bigger ones! Damn that sucks!!

See about getting your own Db handle, You can get db handles for olmpic weights too. This way you make up your own heavy ass dumbell and grow that back!!

The United States Air Force gym, LOL. My wife is military, and I go to her gym for free. Theres another gym that goes up to 150's but its always packed. So I go train by myself at her gym at night and can play my own music and scream when needed without 50 people looking at me. What would you say I need to work on the most, and what the least?
