Heres a back shot for about 6 months ago. Ive put on about 10lbs since then and dropped some fat around the waist. Just looking for input on what I could develop more. Im working on the rear delts and widening out some. I was kind of bloated in the pic, so dont mind the lag of cuts, lol. About 1.5 years into training.
