One week out...

I was in a novice show yesterday and the anouncer said: " hey heinz, let us see how are your preparation to next week", it surprise me and i walk up stage and keep off my shirt and people and girls started scriming and well i made some poses with a "Regueton" stupid music, but the people and all the top competitors of my country was there and they congratulate me and was surprised with all of my gains and shape, they have dont see me since 2 years a go.
It was nice and give me some aditional security, and happines.
I was carbing up for to days and this day i was depleting bu i still looked full, not veins or hardness like the night before but full with 227 pounds.

Meet my wife....

She is my inspiration, my trainer, my dietist, she plains my decarb days, and my carb load days, my shetting days, etc.....she is the best.

She is near of one of my trainers, he won hes class after days of pain and antibiotics from 6mm stones in hes kidneys, he is a true athete, no mather the pain he competed and won.

In the last pics I seen of you Heinz I thought no way in hell this guy has his pro card. I really did'nt think you looked like you could even compare on stage with others at the professional level. In the short amount of time since you posted your last pictures you have made some dramatic changes. I must say now I too am impressed with what you have accomplished. I seriously thought you were in trouble when i seen the last pictures. You have definately come a long way. You now look 10 times better then when I last seen you. Good luck to you my friend you will represent your country well.

Thanks guys, i am here in new york since yesterday, is an incredible city, very big, i touch with a little pump my upper body this morning and start carbing up, i fell in heaven

To get in my actual shape i down my calorie intake to 500 to 700 cals for 5 days and a hard carb up day with slim and high dosis of humatrope (12 iu ed), i was using genatropin but the geantropin keeps the muscle but is not eficient to fat burn, and humatrope does incredible changes in bf.

i sptop cardio to make this emergency crazy diet but i didnt loose weight or size and got and incredible and deep cuts.

That is why i dont beleave in catabolism, i mde a post some time a go about it, if you are in a good as cycle with gh dont worry about muscle loose, you are going to look very very flat and light but in the day of carb up you gain about 7 pounds of hard condition and go down again.

i am in 235 since 5 weeks out and i start carbing up with 225 today, i think i will be in 235 desidrated on the prejudging.
