OT...Go see The Dark Knight

One HELLUVA movie. Flawless in its execution. If you liked Batman Begins then go check out this sequel. I really don't think they could have made it any better. In fact, I think a third film should be out of the question.

Going tonight at the Imax. Made a record one day 66$ million at the box office. Pretty crazy.

Didn't wana go earlier this weekend and see it cause I hate kids and people that laugh, or 'OMG' at every fucking thing that happens. I can't think of the last time I've been in a theater on the week end and no more than 10 people in it - and I see about a movie in the theater about 3 times a month. The weekdays 1pm best time!

Most movies out are only 1.5 hours long leaving you to feel you've seen an after school special or something...but Dark Knight is old school HollyWood.

best comic book movie ever. Heath ledger was brilliant, very creepy and quite insane. I predict a posthumous oscar for this role. Nailed it, better joker than nicholson, and that is a tough act to beat.

We waited in line for over an hour to see it, but it was worth it and then some. I totally agree that Ledger deserves an Oscar for his role as Joker. Best movie villain of all time! And the sound in the theater when he made the pen disappear was priceless

Nicholsons Joker was nothing compared to Ledgers. Ledger OWNS that roll now. Jack Nicholson's portrayal was too close to Ceasar Romero's back in the 60's. Campy and weak.

Ledger played him right out of the comic. Ruthless, insane, chaotic, and formidable.

Without a doubt.. Best quality film i have seen since 300... The movie flowed beautifully.. Never a dull moment.. And again... Ledger nailed the Joker... Best Joker so far...

Awesome movie. It is #1 right now on IMDB. I would have to agree and I have seen about 90 of the top 100 movies on IMDB. It is pretty much the perfect movie.

Comparing this Joker to the 1989 Batman is wrong though. Totally different characters and different ways at going at it. I would say they are a tie because for their roles, they did each perfectly. Saw Batman when I was like 6 or 7 and saw it like 20-30 times at least since then. It still creeps me out everytime.

Batman 3 is supposed to come out in a few years because Christian Bale signed for 3 movies. If you pay attention to the hints in TDK, either Catwoman or Riddler are going to be in the 3rd one.

Look for when Lucious talks about the suit and says "yeah even strong enough to stop a cat..."

BATMAN RULES! Still prefer Superman though!

I kinda hope they don't make another Batman movie. The Dark Knight will be a hard film to follow or even improve on.

Also, I think people might be surprised with Harvy Dents roll. It would be sooo easy to write him into another story.

completely blown away by it...the tractor trailor part is one of my favorites...

Ledgers performance is nothing short of amazing either

Have'nt seen it yet but from what I understand Ledger stole the show.
Sad that he's not around to enjoy the great reviews he's getting for his
preformance.
