The President has no authority to sign away our sovereignty without passage through the Senate. It is unconstitutional. The climate meetings in Copenhagen are over and guess what happened? Nothing. There was an agreement with the US and 3 other countries to lower carbon, but the other 100+ countries did not get on board. The only thing agreed on was to talk about it at another meeting.

im sure alot more happenend at copenhagen than what the media tells us. obama has already pledged to make carbon cuts in the us, he also had the epa declare carbon to be a poisonous gas. everything is incremental and if you seriously think our sovereignty isnt in jeopardy then your misinformed.

I used to bicker this fact on another site and basically was called a nut case... One World Order has been preached at our church for many many years... and not in a good way. Eventually we will all see this happen and we can't stop it cause it's all about greed, power, and money... it is also the beginning of the end. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying our rights aren't in jeapordy, just not solely from Obama at Copenhagen. He can't just sign over our rights, he has to have senate approval which right now with 60 he can get whatever he wants, obamacare case in point.

The EPA has said that if Cap and Trade isn't passed they will invoke their rights to take over all waters in the US and declare a state of emergency due to the climate issues. They are trying to protect us, hahahahaha, bs.

The best thing we can do is vote in conservatives in 2010 and again 2012. Until we oust the socialists we have to ride out the tide. Most of the damage can be undone, but right now we are going to have to sit back and take a rough ride.

I highly recommend you get involved in the 9/12 project and become active at Tea Party movements, there are over 1000 planned across the US in 2010. Remember to vote conservative, not republican cause most of them are just as messed up as dems. I can count on one hand the amount of true conservatives in the Senate right now.

I am not necessarily implying a 3rd party, though in the current Rasmussen polls the Tea Party (which doesn't exist) has a 42% favorability rating vs >20% for the Republican party. What I mean is that the GOP knows they are in the hurts and can gain massive momentum based upon the Tea Party theories and they have put out a 10 point conservative memo that any running party member must adhere to 8 points out of 10 to get money and support from the GOP.

Michael Steele (RNC chairman) said he would love the GOP to adopt the Tea Party principals instead of them becoming a 3rd party and return to the true conservative values they stand upon.

So when voting in 2010, make sure to see if the candidate has signed the GOP form and see what 8 values they say they will stand for. This whole mess came about after the Scazzafava mess in NY mid term.
