anyone ever have one that is just 'too big too hard' to come out?

it seems like i have one about every 3 weeks. i doubt it has anything to do with diet, ive had these since i was a kid.

good thing i brought the lap top in the bathroom because ive been sitting here for 4 minutes trying to slowley pass it out with as little pain as possible.

i feel like im having a baby, i know i cant be the only one :(
 
for a bit when i was high on Protein mod on fats and very very low on carbs, basically keto. Then added in more fiber via supplement and green veggies.

Even if on a low carb diet, have a bowl of oatmeal everyday and this will solve your problems. I was the same way as you from a kid up until about 10 yrs ago. Now I have oats everyday for breakfast along with what ever else I eat and no more problems.
 
The agree with the two guys above. The problem is in the amount of fiber you're getting. If your dietary concerns (low carbs, etc) prevent you from getting enough fiber from things like oats, consider green veggies and even a fiber product like sugar free Metamucil. It saved my ass (literally) during my last contest prep.

i agree as well with what was said ^^^. take in some oats and a good multi V daily and it should be "smooth sailing" from here on out
 
As above: more water, more fibre. If that fails then try a stool softener like Coloxyl (Docusate).
 
a teaspoon of epson salt with some water and you will be running to your nearest shitter.
