bro I dont know if you made it to the lenda murry classic last night but just let me say , I dont 95% of the guys that did that show stuck to there diets. most everybody looked smoth ass hell. there was a middle weight that looks great. If that was a idea of whats going to be at the state you will do great.

just wanted to say that BW looked unreal. not bad for a 57 year old

If the 2 super heavy show up at my show they better start dieting lol.

Didn't make it!

Nope didn't make it, had too much going on here. Sounds like the competition was kinda slim across the board. I had another buddy there that said the same thing. I'm not looking for any hand outs, but not gonna complain if that's what the comp. is like at the states. Are you still gonna make the show? Thanks for the heads up my bro! Take care.

yea I plan on making the night show. I just hope rule is still guest posing. but I will try and get there late being the armed forces takes forever to finnish.
