I know this has been a widely discussed topic lately on this board but I wanted to get the vets thoughts on how to combat PCT lethargy. I have followed the usual protocal with PCT supplements of clomid, nolva, some otc supplements, and even proviron and cialis for my sex drive. I've been off for about 2 months now after being on gear straight for over a year + and have just been so burnt out lately. I wonder if there is an energy supplement like Venom or Stim X to use just to give me more energy to make it through the day? What's everyone use besides caffeine to help the pct crash? I see that left out and I want to bang my head against the wall when I see athletes do that. Maybe you used it and forgot to mention it?

At two months you are just starting to flirt with the next several months which follow. I try not to burn out my adrenal glands during PCT to be honest. Every other function of your endocrine system is a mess so the last thing you want to do is screw that up as well.

Here is a list of things I like to use

B complex
NAC
green tea extract
Vits E and C
something to help boost the thyroid as well (natural remedy)

Also...maybe it's time to take it easy in the gym for a while. Cut back on the heavy eating and lifting and let the body get better. Just my thoughts.
 
Yeah, I have to get some more ZMA. I ran one bottle at first. I guess I could throw in some tribulus but never really saw much from it. I didn't do any HCG this time either. I wonder if I should? Some say not to run it pct. You think HCG would help relieve the lethargy? I'll probably run some Restore by ALRI to see how it works. I just used a bottle of Anab. Extreme's pct formula.
 
I hate to be the one to break the news to you but it takes longer than 2months to recover from a year long cycle. Make sure your diet is solid and you are taking the necessary vitamins, etc. Cut back your training volume so you have more time for recovery. Tough it out.

Noortopics and Adaptogens will help, but nothing is going to make you feel the way you are while on.

Yeah I know it will probably take several months. I'm just feeling it pretty hard at this stage even with getting my rest.
