I've been cycling PEG-MGF at 1.5mg/wk for 2 weeks then switching to Long IGF-1 R3 for 2 weeks and doing this for 2 months now and planning for 4 months longer.
My joints paticularlly left elbow gets very sore toward the end of the PEG-MGF cycle and when I start Long IGF-1 R3 I ussually pin that area at first of LR3 cycle and it goes away.
I'm thinking of using 50-70ug Long IGF-1 R3 on workout days and 250ug PEG-MGF on off days. I normally workout 4 days/week. Maybe my grip isn't strong enough for the amount of gripping excersizes I'm doing?
