Past 2-3 months the underside of my left forearm and upper side of my right forearm have been killing me. I took some time off,etc.. but they still are sore. I wanna try shooting some peptides in there to see if it helps. I hear some bro's have great results using igf or mgf, not sure what to do. Or i was also thinking about that new stuff alflutop. The area's are weird so Im not even sure if I can inject in them. Below I circled the area's that are giving me probs. any recommendations. Thanks

Have you tried ice and or anti inflamatory meds? maybe it could be your tendons inflamed

Have you tried a medical doctor? It would be better then experimenting on yourself in my opinion.

Yep i've tried it all. Def needs "supplements" I think alflutop is an anti-inflam med isnt it.

From what i know it is used for things like tendonitis. i believe it regenerates cartilage, and stops it from degenerating as well

If it bothers You more on pulling days/back etc....& You are taking thermos...could be as simple as hydrating, many clients I've trained have had that problem in the past...most are avid exercisers that take thermos preworkout & cups of coffee daily

alflutop is a shellfish extract similar to chondroitin + glucosamine. More for joint issues than tendon. Ice it repeatedly for a few hours after workouts.

alflutop isnt meant to be injected into the problem
area, its works on the whole body.

One question - by chance, do you do heavy deadlifts with an over-under grip?

The area's I mapped out dont seem to be muscle as much as tendon I think. So maybe alflutop wont help.

This is what I would do before anything. Analyze your routine and find out what you are doing that is causing this. It is from some factor in your training, and that needs to be changed. Medicating yourself will only be a temporary fix at best.
