Hey EJ do you use your whole daily dose at once or split am pm? I'm thinking of just starting right off with 7.2iu Genos 5 days per week. But not sure if I should split it up or not?

I was reading on another board this morning where it said pre bed shots may be most effective. They had some studies on it. I take studies into consideration but I really like to hear real world experience!

Mike Arnold stated that he doesn't think it matters when you take your GH dose. I might follow his recommendations. Do slin pre and GH immediately after training. That's what he said he would most likely do.

I have only ever done am and pm doses. Never done it all at once. I just try to keep blood levels even as possible with all things. Gh and anabolics.

I see a lot of discussion about when to take, split AM and PM etc.

Here is a post I made a while back with studies supporting that to get the most elevated igf-1 levels for your buck you should go IM injection (over subq) 2x a day, am/pm.

This has nothing to do with Genos and that site looks like another chinese gh claiming its pharm. Apples and Oranges comparing that to Genos.

Awesome...I have yet to see someone do 10iu on genos. One guy did 5.4iu.

Just got my results back, 28.4. For those wondering, these were not from a sponsor on PM and were from the 5mg cartridges, not the pens.

Also, after being on them for close to a month I think I like them. I don't really have any side effects and am holding less water than I do on Serostim and Rips. I can't say I am any stronger or feel any different either but I definitely am veinier(is that a word). To me it basically seems like a very clean GH.

I am not sure what I am to be honest. I scored 35.0 on Rips and low to mid 20's on almost every other GH including Sero's. This is the third serum test I have done in the last few weeks, the others were on a generic blue top that scored 27.9 and 30.4.

Oh, and in terms of tiredness, I always get lethargic around mid-day and didn't notice anything more than the norm on friday. I felt much more relaxed but I think that was because I actually had a full day off and was happy to have time to get things done that had been piling up over the week.

I feel the same way bro. The rips I was on for a while only gave a serum level of 25.0 and the genos put me up around thirty. Genos give you more of a clean fleeling compound just like you said with less water retention. I couldnt tell much with strength and all that either but I feel and look fullrr on the genos sleeping like a fucking baby bro. Helped my rotator cuff out allot too. This shit's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Pretty much. Shame can't get Rips anymore. I'd prob agree with the testing results in the past. Dosed very well on par with pharma just nowhere near as pure
