I have searched and I havent found any positive feedback on this? Is it simply a waste or is there ANYONE out there that has had a good experience? I have read many say that the tightening effect it has is simply due to diuretic and not in fact accelerated fast loss...

Its absolutely amazing precontest about 1-2 weeks out. 2 weeks is really pushing it though.

I would not use it casually for fat loss though, it simply dehydrates you too much.

let me just say this if you use this stuff make sure you can find a toilet within 30 mins and you have time to sit on it because you will have the worst shits.....it never fails for me that within 30-45 mins I am cleaned out.....

1 week is enough...

look what it did to me, i tried to do it for 3 weeks precontest, by the end of the second week i was literally dead, and had to pull out from the contest due to extreme dehydration, and injury to my abdominal wall (most likely from the dehydration also).

And dont tell me to just drink more because whatever i drank came right out in about 15-20 minutes.
that shit is not good for you at all, so really i think you should limit your time on it to a minimum.

I forgot but i think i used an amp in about 3 days.

I used to take 75 iu's per day and let me tell you "DONT FART". learned that the hard way. LOL
