Hey guys, switched up my routine recently from a 5 day split to more of a HIT/Hernon style split and Im loving it. Heres a pic from today after hitting chest, back and delts. That was intense! lol

Thanks bro! You're right, I do need to bring up the pecs. Been trying really hard for the past 2-3 months, which was part of my motivation to switch to the new routine.
