Well Pro Muscle Guys and Gals,

I've decided to change my gameplan again ....LOL !!! Due to my money situation, and going to Chicago for the photo shoot with Optimum, I've decided to do the North Americans instead...I talked this over with my dad and Sarah...We all agreed that the North Americans would be a better show for me to do... 1. Cause the USA is full of heavy hitters 2. Money, after going to Junior Nats, and doing the photo shoot (I paid for everything myself) Sarah and I was pretty broke 3. My chances at doing well in the NAC are alot better...4. I have talked with a couple of my high end clients that I trained and they said they would be more than happy to help me out (if I knew it was that easy I wouldve done that a long time ago....LOL !!!)

I have to be honest with you guys...Getting ready for the USA's I kinda knew in the back of my head the money wasnt going to be there...I knew about the photo shoot, and I wanted to do it...Cause it was important to me, plus the more I do with Optimum the more exposer I get with them....Plus I want to be signed on with them again...I just kinda knew that the trip to Chicago would really cost Sarah and I alot...But we did it anyway...

Knowing that I wasnt really going to do the USA's, but trying to get ready for it anyway (thinking that some money was going to fall in my lap...LOL !!!) I cheated on my diet alot...Not just a little here and there, but probably 2 x or 3 x a week...These were not small cheats they were big one's...Dessert Bread sticks were my favorite...LOL !!! Anyway, after I cheated I would be doing a ton of Cardio (the reason I have been doing over 2 - 3 hours a cardio a day)....But, whats funny is that I kept looking better and better...I would fill out and my weight would go up for a few days...I would then eat super clean (high pro, low/ no carbs, low fat) and in few days my weight would drop back down and I would do it all over again...As crazy as this might sound it was working...I was getting leaner and tighter each week.....LOL !!! My normal cheat days were wends and Saturday, and Sundays...Just one meal at night, but it was a big cheat, like I said before...It would normally take my weight up a good 4-6 pounds...Well anyway, I thought you guys would get a kick out of that...But, for the past 2 weeks I have done my diet the right way by cycling my carbs and not CHEATING....LOL !!! And guess what by the look of these pics Im looking alot better....I full and much harder...So here after all that stress and whatnot, are my 8 week out pics for the NAC's....All I can say now is wish me luck !!! So I dont cheat !!! LOL !!!

How about this side chest shot...

My chest is fill out alot this year, more free bar incline presses, dumbell incline presses, plus finishing off with alot of pumping stuff (machine presses, but high reps)

Christmas time anyone ???

Well anyway, I dont know if im really holding my back in the best positioning here...??? I think I can bring out more thickness, but then I lose my lower back detail... ??? What do you guys think ??? Lean back some more, and lose detail im my lower's... Or get more thickness out of it ???

Conditioning looks AMAZING right now.. make sure you stay full for the next 8 weeks... you're definitely going to do some damage in the HWs.

On the rear lat spread, I think you're rounding your back too much (I have this problem too). Try spreading your scapula a bit more, not rounding over so much, and pull your elbows forward a bit more.

good choice to wait always make sure your 100% committed and you will be fine once u put your mind to it. look great for being 8 weeks out.

The chest has improved a bunch. The side chest is AWESOME. Conditioning and fullness look perfect.

I think it is a wise choice as well to do the NA's.

I need the encouragment from you guys...I think now that im 100% commeted to the show, I can stick to the diet much easier and will have no problem getting into great shape...

what im doing right now is basically keeping my carbs more moderate (around 200 grams per day) and then taking them up 2 x week (Wends, Saturdays) up into the 400-500 gram range...Im still doing 1.5 hours of cardio a day (45mins in the morning, 45 mins at night) and my workouts are still pretty fast pace, but im keeping the weights heavy, and the workout very intense...

My protein levels are very high (mainly cause im hungry all the time) Im not really sure exactly what it is...But, I aim to get in around 75 per meal (first 5-6 meals) then any meal after that I take in around 40-50 grams per meal...I try to keep all my protein sources very clean (talipia, chicken breast, lean ground turkey ,ect)...

and i agree also on the rear lat spread, but damn look at the feathering in those calves :O

NA's is an awesome show. I like how they do the prejudging by having all bodybuilders men and women go on saturday morning. You will do very well bro.
