Well Pro Muscle Guys and Gals,
I've decided to change my gameplan again ....LOL !!! Due to my money situation, and going to Chicago for the photo shoot with Optimum, I've decided to do the North Americans instead...I talked this over with my dad and Sarah...We all agreed that the North Americans would be a better show for me to do... 1. Cause the USA is full of heavy hitters 2. Money, after going to Junior Nats, and doing the photo shoot (I paid for everything myself) Sarah and I was pretty broke 3. My chances at doing well in the NAC are alot better...4. I have talked with a couple of my high end clients that I trained and they said they would be more than happy to help me out (if I knew it was that easy I wouldve done that a long time ago....LOL !!!)
I have to be honest with you guys...Getting ready for the USA's I kinda knew in the back of my head the money wasnt going to be there...I knew about the photo shoot, and I wanted to do it...Cause it was important to me, plus the more I do with Optimum the more exposer I get with them....Plus I want to be signed on with them again...I just kinda knew that the trip to Chicago would really cost Sarah and I alot...But we did it anyway...
Knowing that I wasnt really going to do the USA's, but trying to get ready for it anyway (thinking that some money was going to fall in my lap...LOL !!!) I cheated on my diet alot...Not just a little here and there, but probably 2 x or 3 x a week...These were not small cheats they were big one's...Dessert Bread sticks were my favorite...LOL !!! Anyway, after I cheated I would be doing a ton of Cardio (the reason I have been doing over 2 - 3 hours a cardio a day)....But, whats funny is that I kept looking better and better...I would fill out and my weight would go up for a few days...I would then eat super clean (high pro, low/ no carbs, low fat) and in few days my weight would drop back down and I would do it all over again...As crazy as this might sound it was working...I was getting leaner and tighter each week.....LOL !!! My normal cheat days were wends and Saturday, and Sundays...Just one meal at night, but it was a big cheat, like I said before...It would normally take my weight up a good 4-6 pounds...Well anyway, I thought you guys would get a kick out of that...But, for the past 2 weeks I have done my diet the right way by cycling my carbs and not CHEATING....LOL !!! And guess what by the look of these pics Im looking alot better....I full and much harder...So here after all that stress and whatnot, are my 8 week out pics for the NAC's....All I can say now is wish me luck !!! So I dont cheat !!! LOL !!!
First shot is my front bi shot, oh one more thing...My weight in these pics is 235lbs...
