i started my precontest at 330lbs and was 258lbs on stage...i had a complete patella tendon rupture in 06 and had no prior leg training until this precontest...make no mistake am not making an excuse and i will work my ass off to bring the leg up to par
i have heard and appreciate all the comments and support my goal is to add more size in the back and quads over the next year and hope to make some good gains...never deadlifted before but am starting now...currentl 325lbs
