You obviously kick some ass with the poses with your back to the audience- a real strength for you. However, you look good from the front as well and I like it the you can pull off the vacuum pose! Nice!

First of all, tons of muscle on big Dave:headbang: And on top of that, after getting chat with at our breakfast club spot at the hotel, he trains because he loves it, he doesn't skip steps, earns it and does all of this with doing other things he enjoys. He has the mind and body to do this! As we both said, we keep learning, the more we learn, the more we apply correctly, the better we have become...more to come from us both. But, top notch man right there. Glad I got to meet you!

I WAS training 2-3x/wk for 2 years. Took a hiatus from bodybuilding in 2012. I started back to 6 days in April... So about 5 months of progress.
