I normally dont post pics of my clients but Im really proud of this kid. In just 6 short weeks i feel he's made great progress. He started out at 221 and 6 weeks later still weighs 209 while his stength has actually increased.

I just found his short transformation awesome and wanted to share with you guys.

I was 209 this morning and am about 12%. But this guy looks A LOT bigger than me. What's his height? My guess is 5'6"ish.
