My diet...

Hey Tanned! This is basically what I eat everyday:

Meal#1: Pancakes made with 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana topped with cinnamon and ff Coolwhip

Meal#2: Chicken wheat pita, baked potato and 12 oz green tea sweetened w/ all natty sugar

Meal #3: Whey protein shake

Meal #4: same as meal #2

Meal #5: protein shake with 2 tbsp all natty peanut butter
