I know I am not at some of you guys caliber yet, but i wanted to share some pics of my first show with you. I took 5th out of ten novice middleweights. Let me know what you think.

thanks excel and sonis9for replying. Im 20 years old. I currently go to school in Rolla and train at the school gym, but on weekends I come in to saint louis to visit my family and train at the golds at concord plaza.

Great photos...did you enjoy the contest prep and competition? I think thats an important question to ask yourself...if so, hang in there and have fun while you create your work of art...your physique.

I think the contest prep is a double edged sword, but I couldn't believe how i looked, and it all payed off. I think being on stage for my fifteen minutes was the most fun ivce ever had!!
