Just posting some pics of me from a couple weeks back. 9 Days until the Caveman Classic. I plan on competing in the Novice, Middleweight class. I know the poses are not that great, but I was in a hurry. Opinions please. Thanks!

Looking good bro , if i may ad one thing, on your front double bi make sure you turn your right wrist inward like your left, see how your left bicep is peaked and more seperated this i think will help.

I might be careful in taking that approach. (This is not a knock on Vander's advice.) Following the advice of multiple people can be confusing and make things worse. You might consider getting some help from a single person you trust and just working with them.

The Caveman is an excellent show. Too bad its not in the actual cave anymore like it used to be. But none the less its still the best show in missouri bar none and you will have a good time. Good luck bro.

results in the Open middleweight class (Caveman Classic), pics to come!

So, I decided to crossover to the Open Middle Weight Class at the Caveman and place 4th overall at of 13 competitors. The middleweight class was stacked with compeititors. My trainer partner also crossed over into the Open Heavy Weight Class and place 4th Overall as well. We are both 25 years old. I weighed in at 170 lbs and he weighed in at 221lbs. I will post pics as soon as I get them. Thanks. Now time to eat and grow!!!

No Offense taken, thanks for the feedback. For some reason I used the same amount of Drean Tan as my workout partner, but it seemed to bronze me up alot more, i do not know if it was my base tan or the pam, but either thanks for the advice and thanks for coming to the show.

Thank you IslandGirl, but I was aiming for top 3 in the Open even though i wasnt planning on doing the Open Middle Weight, but I am satisfied with 4th overall and now i just have change up things to get better, but it was my first show since i was a teen. There was some good competition there and everyone from the competitors to the fand were awesome. Now it is time to add some more muscle on and get better from here.
