Hi to all judges in the Professional Muscle Forum.

I'm going to post some pictures from my last contest (Venezuela National Bodybuilding Championchip Class B) from Saturday the 14th...

I weight at that contest 167 pounds! and I was at the 176 Pounds category.

I'm looking for your advice since I qualify for another contest in 14 days
(Venezuela National Bodybuilding Championchip Class A)

At that contest my weight was 172 pounds! and I was at the 176 Pounds category.

Bro, I'd like to do a good critique of you, but even with my glasses on I can hardly see your musculature in those tiny pics. Post some up close and 1/4 turn shots if you want a true assessment........

For next comp, you need more conditioning. Like the guy on the right in the pics.
After this show, just concentrate on adding mass for the next couple of years.
