i was just reading through some threads and came to the realization that i might be nuts. i always used a 20 or 21 guage to pin. no wonder i always feel like moby dick! a 20 was the first thing i ever used and just figured thats the way its supposed to feel. im getting a box of 25g.lol

I use 26g pins. your insane to try anything bigger than a 23

I use a 25g or 27g for everything.

I have personally tried using a 25g and I have had terrible luck. It is so hard to push the oil through that twice I have actually broke the plunger and ruined the injection. I know you're thinking, slow down and be patient, it just takes longer. But you have to push like hell to even get it to move a tiny bit.

I've stuck with the 22g since that happened. Doesn't bother me at all to do the glutes, cant stand hitting the shoulders though.

23g for oils and 25-27 for waters. easy as and no real problems. use the smaller gage on your delts and bigger gage for glutes and thighs. works well and not real painful. Does not leave a bullet hole in you either!!
