He is a real cool guy i have been working with for this show.

We started working last year in prepping for this show and it turned out to be a great night..

taking 4 first place trophies..

First in the 50 + masters class

First in the novice Heavyweight class

First novice overall and first in the Open Lightheavy class

It was a good show and a good day for !

I dont know if you remember i posted some pics of Robert at the start of the prep..

we went into this pretty lean.... because i had him eating good all year and and he had a good productive off season leading up to this..

Then we ramped it up till the show.. And this was a fairly big show.

15 in the open lightheavy class, and winning the novice overall at 50 is really something i know he is proud of..

I know it was a good experience for him. It was really a good prep for me... I was really happy how good his body responded and how it all turned out.

Im really happy for Robert.. Taking the novice overall and open lightheavy class (15 in the class) at 50 years old is pretty damn good.

The prep went really good.. He just wrote to me each week eagerly saying " what do i do next?" it was a real smooth prep. But i think the off season plan leading up to the prep paid off.
