Hi, hope somebody can help me here, i took steroids when i was 18 and skinny as shit, it didnt do me any good as i just took it without research,but now im 35 and have had gyno for a year now, the doctor said it was nothing to worry about, but i have started going back to the gym for about 3 months after 10 years break and want to take something to help me along as i can put weight on more easy now, but want to put some strenth and size on, but would like to know what to do as i dont want the gyno to get worse, there is alot on the forums about it but want to ask as each person is different, im 5.8, weight is 10s9lb and have a little fat belly i am getting slowly rid off, but want bigger arms and chest(but not bitch tits lol), but if anybody can give me advice on how to take a course and either not agravate my gyno anymore or even get rid of the gymo with letro, i would appreciate it
