Yesterday I trained with a buddy of mine who I'm helping prep for his first competition. We snapped a couple of shots outside afterward. Currently 4.5 weeks out, 219lbs.

He's 23. And the crazy thing is, he was natural until 16 weeks ago. I saw him pull a 600lb deadlift at a bodyweight of 185. He will be competing somewhere around 190.

This should be posted in the beginners thread too so all the newbs who want to jump on gear right away without having a solid base can see WHY its important to have a base before you jump on the juice. You both look great by the way!

I agree, and I actually use him as an example quite often to guys to come to me with questions about starting their first cycle. He accomplished more as a natural than a lot of guys do once they gear up.
