thanks guys my goal is to do a local npc show next may. so i am giving myself plenty of time. i went from 225lbs down to 195 now up to 200 after adding in peps and gear. there is a link in the first post for anyone interested in details.

I disagree, that IS a great transformation. You went from chubby to looking in shape. You should be proud because that obviously took a lot of work. Keep us updated on your progress
