How long do you have to take cialis before you notice a difference?

I noticed day one my boners were better and way more vascularity

Ok, I’ll give it more time. It’s been 5 days but I haven’t noticed anything yet (relating to my prostate).

Here's the rub.. whether you are on test or not after the age of 50 the majority of guys have less powerful stream and hesitancy of urine.. slight swelling of the prostate.. cialis at low dose does work well. But you have to give it time.. a few weeks for optimal effect.. what matters is your psa.. if it's in range then I woukdnt sweat it too much.. add some low dose cialis.. and remember that when you were young you coukd piss through the hole of a cheerio without hitting the sides... those days are over. I'm just happy not passing on my shoes..

Do you by any chance take Yohimbine or a pre-workout that has it in there? I’m asking because I thought my prostate issues were gear related, but they were really all due to Yohimbine.
After workouts it would take me a long time to piss even though bladder was about to burst. After pissing I’d still feel like more was about to come out and I’d shake a bunch of cum out. Couldn’t stay hard, and would orgasm half soft and the orgasms would feel really weird. Typical BPH symptoms. All of this came from taking Yohimbine in my preworkout.
May be off the mark here with you specifically, but maybe this will help someone else as I never would have guessed it would come from an OTC supplement

Just like @mexbeast said ephedrine and psuedo do this as does DMAA, DMHA, Amp-Citrate.

Any strong phenethylamine based substance does this to me, the stronger they are the worse it is. I remember back in the "shiny disco ball" days of standing there at a camp out "event" in the porta-potti for like 10 minutes waiting........................lol.

I take flowmax but I think it’s my bladder muscle which I even had a problem with when I was young. I also take adderal and that makes it worse, caffeine is by far the worst and can’t even pee with out flownax. My psa was low a few months ago when I got the flomax if that means anything?
