That our own Magnum will be assisting the past great Rory Liedelmeyer in his return to competion ..........He will be over seeing his diet and supps every step of the way ......I am helping Rory in a variety of ways and will be working on several cool projects with him next year ........This guy is one of the most gifted guys ever IMO .......at 50 he will be shoking some folks that I can promise ......his problems were only with prep and Magnum is going to solve all of that .....he will be getting lots of pub and full credit as the prep guy behing Rory ....I already have interviews with Flex and ironman lined up and Magnum will be getting interviewed in these as well ......I am excited for both of these guys, it should be a good year next year for both of them .......

I am hoping to see if true protien or even synthetek will help sponser Rory with his protien and waxy mase ....I will contact Big A and Dante to see if they are interested ........I hope we can put things together .......the man is quality people and it is time he settled his unfinished business..........

Awsome news. Rory was alway one of my favorit bodybuilders of all time.
I remember back in the 90's with his body perfection he was training a stable of national guys. His workouts were full body eod. 20-12-5 rep scheme about 25 movements. Does he still belive in this method or has he changed his views?

That was only one of Rory's routines .......he has literally dozen's of awesome routines ........he believes in changing things every 6 - 8 weeks depending on what is to be accomplished .....you will see ......I will share some of his stuff here if you guys want .......

I am going to really help Magnum get the respect that he deserves .....I think he is bright as hell , solid as fuck , and doesn't give the credit that he deserves .[ that is going to change ] He had everything to do with turning my good friend Steph pro and now he is going to do it with Rory .......I will say I had to debate with myself about hooking Rory up with Skip instead [ intense muscle ] as he is a great guy and awesome what he does as well .......but after weighing things all out in the end ,I felt Magnum's methods would complement Rory the best .........Magnum is going to get some of the credit that he finally deserves .....no more cleaning up other people's messes ......it is on !!!!

Cool! Might just have to go watch that. I am training a guy 50+ who I think has a good shot at winning it this year. Leaves today. It is really quite motivating for me to see the Masters guys compete. The comraderie (sp?) and support they recieve is like nothing I have ever seen or experienced at the National level! Keep us updated ....would like to see some pics.

Here you go. Jim Jerris is his name. He is 52 and has only been bodybuilding for 4 years. I have been working with him for about a year and a half. Last year he placed 2nd in the Lightheavies at Masters Nats and the guy who beat him won the overall. He is a little flat/depelted here, but when he fills out I doubt anyone will have his conditioning beat. Give Griggori my best...I hope he takes it!

Rory was fuckin amazing back in the 90's but for some reason couldn't get it together for comps...It seemed like I remember hearing about a comeback by him a few tmes that never panned out..I hope he makes it this time, that dude can look unbelivable when he;s in shape...
