Well i already had a little bit of backpain but foolish as i am i thought it could do no harm deadlifting anyway. So i deadlifted and a pulled a new PR but pulled my back. Now i have these aches in my back all the time and i can hardly bent forward without hurting myself. Even sitting down hurts my back. How long do you guys advice for me to give my back rest before hitting the gym again? I was thinking giving it a week rest and see how i feel then.
