Pushups/Pullups/Dips/Rings/Crunches/Pilates etc.. Do you do them?

As well as going to the 4 or 5 times a week, do you take time to do bodyweight exercises?
 
I do body weight exercises often but stay away from Pilates. My opinion is that it's not really conducive or effective for bbing. I still do my full body stretches which take 45 mins, 5 days a week.
 
Dips, Pullups, and Yoga. Yoga is a great addition to a workout program, feels great.
 
Pullups, dips, pushups, chinups are all part of my routine. I include them not every time, but regularly enough. They f-ing work!
 
I've been focusing on pull ups to bring out my lats. I also incorporate Dips, pushups and crunches as needed.
 
pull ups every day, never been a fan of pushups they dont do much for my strength
 
pull-ups and dips, a staple for 20yrs now....weighted to really make ya feel em....a big believer in them
