Quick Q for everyone :
I am following the body opus diet ( 70% fat and 30% protein) with very good results as far as fat loss but am having a very hard time getting the hard / dry look. Now my body fat is pretty low easily 8 % with a six pack and intercoastals showing very well as well as legs. Problem I am having is having that dry/hard look and the closest I get to that is around 2 days after my 1 day carb up when I am flushing all the water. Diet is good / super supplements are all for diet prep/ h2o is 2-3 gallons daily with 1 gallon being crystal light. Sodium is kept pretty high as well
Any suggestions?
