Question on PrintScreen

When i use the Print Screen button on my keyboard and copy a page to microsoft word to print it..is it possible to cut a portion out? Like if i dont wanna print the whole page..could i just cut a portion from it?

Hit your print screen button
Go Start->Programs->Accessories->Paint
Ctrl-V to paste the screen
Click on the button with a dotted line square in the top left.
Select the area you wish to save
Ctrl-C to copy this
Paste into word

I believe there is a picture crop tool in Word.
