That is one bad-ass fighter. Quick as all get out and looks to be an extremely skilled power-hitter. I would love to see a live fight with him. Has he ever fought in ufc or pride?

he is retired from this sport,but still does a lot of teaching,he was so good he was fighting 2 a week,in this sport its creazy,and guys just could go and go,but injuries cach up with him,just from fighting that much.
but man he could take beeting.

Hes a very good stand up fighter, but he needs to learn alot more ground skills if he ever wanted to compete in Pride or UFC or any MMA competition. He did actually fight in a MMA fight with Genki Sudo, and he lost to him by a heel hook.

He actually came out of retirement a few weeks ago to fight Genki Sudo in his first ever mma-rules fight. He said he started practicing freefight only days before the match which, not surprisingly, he lost.

He will always remain a Muay Thai legend though!

One of his legs got hurt real bad. He also got an infection I think, and at one point amputation was a serious option. Luckily that didn't happen but the docters told him to never use the leg again for kicking. He couldn't give up fighting so he actually changed his stance and still was a force to reckon with! He wasn't the same though and I guess he realised that too and decided it was time to give his body some well deserved rest.
