You probably have more Muscle Hardness than most you Age Demo. that Train. atleast it looks like it. 240lbs and you look low BF% too.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. This place is a great source of inspiration to me. Still not close to where I want to be, but all things considered, I feel I am making good progress. Have a long term goal to try and compete in a state show when I am 50, in my own age division. BTW, am 5' 11 1/2". Thanks again.

I will be 50 in February and competed in a show about 1 month ago. It was alot of fun. I will be competing next year in the 50 class.

Thanks again for the encouragement, it means alot. Thank you Marilyn and Tony for the birthday wishes. As I stated before, it`s great you both embrace the bodybuilding lifestyle. Although my wife doesn`t train, she supports me all the way. Don`t know how much real potential I have, but will try to compete when 50. Just want to experience the journey one time, to see what kind of shape I can achieve.
