I did the Battle on the Bluff in Tunica MS. Didn't do so hot lol. Some one please take a look and see what I need to work on beside everything lol.
I have to agree with Phil, in order for you to do better at this show you needed to be leaner and you need more thickness and overall size. It is difficult to give you an accurate critique seeing these pictures. It is easier to see if we could see quarter turns or full body shots. Close ups are bad at telling what you might need to work because you lose a sense of proportion.
Best advice: go to the basics, and just train hard, eat.. and rest. Give yourself at least 2 years and then come back to the competitive arena and see how your physique has come along. If you want to fast track your progress, get with a coach, like Phil or myself who can guide you during this time of building. Good luck bro, keep at it and you will do well. Just don't give up. That is how you fail.
I agree with all above. You definately need more mass for your frame. It's that thickness that judges are looking for today in all classes....

Since most of what I have to say has been covered, I'll just add that if you want to do well take the time to learn how to pose. You can have a great physique but if you don't know how to present it you won't place high.
Buy some instructional videos or hire an experienced posing coach and practice over and over and over.... until hitting a solid pose is second nature.
