I said i would not post these pics due to my bad eating habits over the past 1.5 years but since i hooked up w/ my old traing partner who now lives in the sunshine state and i live in mich its been a great trasformation so far as i get ready for my first show sometime next year!!! any and all advice is welcome let me have it!!! This is why i will never do a bulk diet again!!!!!

You look big and thick and you look a lot bigger then then 195LBS. I think when you lean up even more you will really look great.

thanks it means alot to hear that hope more people chime in like phil,shelby , mike,chris250 and the rest of the crew!!! we are trying to get me down to 190lbs then start to bring up the weak parts so i can make a good showing at a local michigan show next spring!!!!

Middleweight goes up to 176.25

Legs are the main thing to work on for now. Once you get leaner we'll be able to give you a better assessment.

You had a knee injury and your legs could come up some to match that thick assed upper body! But, you look like a hard worker if your pictures are any indication....so I doubt that's going to be a problem. I also agree with you on staying leaner....I did that bulking crap for a LONGGGGGG time and yeah I was heavy and had high blood pressure. You look good now...keep leaning up.

That again is my very non expert opinion. I am proud of the effort you've already made. Most people just talk about doing something..you actually did it.

The people I work with should see your transformation!

I got to give mad props to my buddy in the sunshine state for the diet and workout plan if it wasnt for him and my wife makin all my meals i still would be a fat slob !!!! so THANKS GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST!!! I owe you one BRO!!!
