can someone please tell me why this guy never went anywhere as a pro? I was thumbing through an old musclemag the other day and saw his picture, he was fuckin awesome! It just astounds me the amount of talent that walks through the door and right back out again in the IFBB. Johnny Moya is another one that comes to mind, Im glad to see some of the young guns like Phil Heath winning shows straight out of the gate, maybe it will help keep people interested.

Google his name...The dude picked up a drug (coke) case somewhere in Europe at one time. Probably had something to do with his absence.

I have seen Johnny Moya...at some of the local shows (NYC) within the last two years or so I believe that he competed in an IFBB event sometime last year..however he did not place too well. I know that a couple of years back he placed top 6 at the NOC.. He was doing contest prep for competitors as well. Perhaps with the new 202 pound and under class @ many ifbb shows he will reappear and probably do well.
