... great example of "ghost written" magazine articles...

in Flex a couple of years back, they had a chest routine by Ronnie, that he "supposedly" wrote, and he described that he emphasized incline movements so his pecs would (and I quote) " Cantilever ominously" over his rib cage...

Cantilever Ominously? I don't doubt that Ronnie is a smart guy, but I tested with an IQ of 127 in college and even I had to look the fucking word up!!! LOL. Can you imagine him even saying that in his thick southern accent? I wonder if he reads that stuff too and just shakes his head in disbelief...

oh god.. do not get me started on the ghost written crap that flex puts out..i have sat down and have spoken to sergio oliva twice in my life.. he is a simple, well spoken man, but, does not speak in "5 dollar words".. so to speak..i then came a cross a article in flex where he was talking about arm training.. " i use a wider than normal grip on the barbell curls. the wider grip helps to maximize the fiber contractions of the lower aspect of the bicep. this, in turn, helps to accentuate the appearence of the muscle and hence, the illusion of mass near the elbow"... "hence?".. the article gets worse than that.. words i literally had no clue to their meaning.. and sergio.. who has trouble with the english language, is talking this crap?? it is demeaning to think that these writers actually believe that we fall for it..
