i dont know when you did it, but i just looked at that link in your sig of your WR squat and GOOD LORD!!! that was one of the most impressive things i have ever seen in my entire life. a big congrats to you sam. awesome job. i hope your gym, training, and life in general are going well for you.

Thanks flex, i just saw this. im staying busy and recovering from shoulder surgery i had been putting off for months. ill be back at it soon tho.
