ONE FROM A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO...

VanR- Yeah only 8 months in the gym training...She was a runner before she meet me...But, she really caught the gym bug and I cant get her out of it...She is super strict with her diet to...High protein and low, low carbs without any extra fats (except in her meats) I actully have her protein intake around 200-225 grams right now, and her strengh is unreal...For example...

Incline DB press - 50 lbs x 10 reps (last set)

Hammer High Rows - 180 lbs (4 plates) x 10 reps for (all 3 sets)

body master Leg Press - 450lbs (counting plates only) for 15 reps ( 2 sets)

DB shoulder press - 40 lbs x 10 reps (last set)

These are just some examples and what I can remember...

The last few months we have really focused on bringing up her delts and upper back thickness...I think we have done that pretty well the past 3 months...Now we can focus on bringing her in more conditioned and see what happens at the Flex show...

Some people just get so lucky with the gene pool! She has a lot going for her in the sport. I wonder if she might be interested someday in bodybuilding contests, once she builds some more mass. Simply incredible for 8 months to say the least.

Maldorf - Actully, we have both thought about putting her into a early season bodybuilding show next year (Mid-Illnois show in April of 2009) She is going to do one or two more shows this year...Then take the rest of the year off (about 6 months) to really focus on putting on more muscle...With Sarah she really like's training heavy and hard, and loves being in the gym...She doesnt mind doing cardio and whatnot...but, she doesnt want figure to become a T & A contest....Which it seems like what there trying to do with the sport...

My wife is sitting next to me and would like to no what all she would have to do to get somewhere close to that. She's 5'2" 130lbs and all she is really doing is cardio right now. I don't really no what to help her with as i lift a lot different than she would be able to handle i think. But any advice would be great. I can post a pic of her also if needed. To get a idea. Thanks and Your girl looks amazing all the ay around. Very nice...
