Gonna b keeping a log here with training, diet, research etc...

5'6" 219lb
Training 8 yrs

Currently 4 months since rotator cuff surgery and been back training 6 weeks...light weight high reps...have competed twice ...won last show ...looking to be back on stage in spring.

Currently on week 4 of sdmz 2.0 by IML(Methylsten/dmz combo) very strong designer steroid with no sides so far...

Last nites workout:
Killer pump and really had a good workout...had the gym to my self!

Going to be researching some products from osta gain and will be logging the results ...

Research layout will look like this:

After about 3 weeks test subject will be introduced to igf1 lr3 post workout..
