Scaphoid fracture

Has anyone delt with this break? I’ve had surgery on my radius and it was awful. 4 months into scaphoid break and it’s hardly healed. I’ve read it could take up to six months does anybody else have experience with this or anything that would help the process of healing to avoid surgery? Or any advice on how surgery went if you’ve been through it? Trying to get back to the gym as soon as possible and it’s getting frustrating . Thanks

Ive been going through the motions with getting on TRT so ive just been doing theyre silly protocols and its taken months just inbetween 1 appointment alone. So i dont want to mess anything up woth the PEDs but im about to say screw the doctors and just do my own thing becasue its cheaper and i feel like shit. So no im not on anyhting atm. Any suggestions?

I had this as a 14 year old child.

Screw in the bone and it's never caused me any issues.

That’s going to depend on how far down the road you are with the Rx TRT. It can be a pain to go the GP route, then to the specialist, to finally getting you legal script.

If you’re close then I’d say wait and get the legal way. That way you actually have a script for Testosterone.

If you’re not close and don’t have any legal reason, (court, divorce, child custody) then I’d just go for the black market. This is a personal choice though for you.

Had this when I was a kid and boy did it hurt. Didn't need surgery but just needed to be set right.

I know this is a place that can sometimes be hard to heal. I don't know too much about the surgery to fixate the fracture yet. I do know there are bone stimulators that are used for various reasons. What did you doctor tell you last time you saw them? Do you have access to your x-ray reports?

It’s a malpractice suit right now. The ortho casted my hand wrong and tried to force me into surgery. I went to a wrist specialist who then told me he casted my hand wrong and to file a lawsuit. But thankfully I think it healed on its own After they took the cast off and reset it. I go back for cat scan in a few weeks to confirm

ya I figured the exact same. I went through a series of tests from my PC due to CDC qualifications and then she deemed me low every time and sent me to the endocrinologist. Got there and he wanted to start all over again which took me months and starting talking about androgel. I had told him i’ve already been down that road 10 years ago and AndroGel never worked and I’m looking to do TRT and told him the dosage. I took 10 years ago and everything and his claims were that just because it didn’t work 10 years ago doesn’t mean that it’s not gonna work now. At that point I was just nodding my head while thinking these people are idiots. I’ll draw blood since I had nothing to loose and will see them in another month but I’m not going to do ring around the Rosie again if that’s what he chooses to do which will take months apart from each other each time I go and will just screw my body up as I already feel like shit

So, I was teaching a training course with some local (kinda) people..the training went great..no safety issues, or anything..dudes were on point..then a guy who works with them who I served with my whole career showed up with a few kegs to surprise me and we floated that shit..I’m 38 my man..this isn’t a cool story..I am still very much a child lol

We’re the same age. I guess I meant funny story lol. Nothings really cool or I guess funny actually either when you’re breaking stuff or going into surgery when we’re young, we don’t really think or care about it and when we start to get older, it really takes a toll and we start to protect our body and take care of it more And any little setback really sucks and brakes or surgery really fucking sucks
