Shot of tren and shot of EQ while on TRT... oh crap

Ran lot of gear in my 20s. Was always estro. sensitive. Kept under control and kept from getting gyno by using aromasin.

Ran five or six times during that time, up to 150 mg tren ace/day. Also took up to 600 mg tren hex/week. Never got gyno symptoms.

Now, present day, been on 20 mg test. cyp./day TRT for last couple years. E2 normal, but on higher side. Taking no anti-estrogen.

Buddy gave me a little sauce to try out. Pinned 90 mg tren e and 175 mg EQ in one 1 ml shot about two weeks ago.

Regret it. Nips started to tingle a week ago. Can feel hard pea-like gyno lumps under nipples.

Took three 1 mg prescription Arimidex tabs over last week. Lumps softer (I think?), but still same size.

What the hell happened? Did I get gyno from tren for the first time, with only 1/2 ml dose?!

Should I get some prami or caber?

Could it be from the EQ? I know it aromatizes much less than test., but could it be estro. gyno anyway?

Should I keep taking Arimidex?

Keep using arimidex. You can also use nolvadex or raloxifene for gyno flare ups on top of arimidex. It's unlikely that one shot caused the issue

Get caber just to be safe. Also possible that the gear is false

Well I’m a huge fan of tren e but most of the times when I run it I get a gyno flare up, lumps and all. You did mention your estro was in the normal high range but if kept lower before using tren it helps keep prolactin in check big time. For now I wouldn’t really sweat it, personally I would just keep up with a reasonable AI does and let the tren clear and the nips should return to normal. At least mine always do. On a side note that is beyond my understanding SD really helps if I get a flare up too. Not that I’m recommending it.
